The Kinwincham Awards bring recognition to the people, projects and experiences that leave a mark. Our first edition combines personal tributes and recognition through evaluation.
Art, culture and hospitality meet in a celebration with the unmistakable identity of Kinwincham.
Evaluated categories
Projects, businesses and experiences can be considered for evaluation. Categories, criteria and stages will be published in the edition’s rules.
An invitation or the presentation of a product or service does not guarantee a nomination, positive evaluation, classification or award.
EXPERIENCE AS AN EVALUATION FACTOR
Mystery shopper.
The experience from within.
For categories involving service and hospitality, the mystery shopper’s perspective brings the actual customer journey into the evaluation: welcome, attention, delivery and responses to everyday situations.
This perspective complements the edition’s published criteria. The categories in which it applies, observation points and its role in the evaluation will be set out in the rules. Special tributes retain their own purpose.
